ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Bridge for Youth supports young people experiencing homelessness through emergency shelter, supportive housing, outreach, basic needs, counseling and specialized case management.
The organization is available around the clock for youth who need a safe place or immediate support. Current UYC referral or participation details are confirmed directly with UYC.
