is being built.
Legacy 2025 expansion targets have expired. They are not being carried forward as current goals—and they will never be presented as completed results.
UYC will publish a new annual reach goal only after program and contract records are reconciled, definitions are approved and a realistic reporting period is established.

Before a result appears on this site, UYC documents what is being measured, the reporting period, the source and who approved it. Attendance is not presented as an outcome, testimonials require permission and projections remain separate from completed results.
